Physical Therapist (PT)

Clinic Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our modern clinic in Macomb, MI. The facility is currently staffed by one PT who is transitioning from their role, offering an opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care.

Position Details

• Key Experience and Skills Required: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Patient Ratios: Approximately 48 patients per week
• Evaluation Times: 30 to 60 minutes
• Types of Cases Seen: Musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on adult orthopedic and sports medicine, in addition to some neurological patients
• Years of Experience Preferred: At least 2 years, although new graduates are also welcome to apply

Schedule Information

• Workdays: Monday through Friday
• Late Shifts: Two late shifts are required
• Schedule Structure: Preferred 5x8s, but open to other options based on candidate availability
• Clinic Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Documentation and Support

• Documentation System: NextGen
• Staff Support: Professional aide and float support available
• Floating Requirements: Potential to float to other locations within the region, but not mandatory

Employment Type

This position offers a temp-to-perm opportunity for qualified candidates.

Dress Code

The dress code is business casual or athletic wear, with no yoga pants permitted.
