Physical Therapist (PT)

Located in a rural area, this opportunity is uniquely positioned to serve communities currently without physical therapists.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The role involves managing an adult orthopedic and sports medicine patient population with a focus on musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective treatment strategies for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Conduct patient evaluations with a time commitment of 30–60 minutes.
• Maintain a patient caseload of 48 patients per week.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Schedule Details

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday with two required late shifts. While a 5x8 hour structure is preferred, we are open to flexible scheduling options.

Clinic operating hours are:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Documentation and Support

Documentation is managed through NextGen, with support from a Physical Therapy aide, float staff, and Practice Enhancement Coordinator (PEC).

Work Environment

Candidates should be prepared for potential floating to other facilities in the region, although this is not mandatory.

The dress code is business casual or athletic wear, with a guideline against yoga pants.
