Location: McKinney, TX

General Information:

• Number of Beds: 37 Bed, Level 2 Trauma
• Number of Staff: 73 FTE
• Patient Ratios: 1:4 in zone
• Type of Equipment: GE Monitors
• Electronic Medical Record: MediTech

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) with experience in MediTech. The ideal candidate will be quick to start, have minimal PTO requests, and possess strong patient experience skills.

Staffing Information

Typical Staff Structure:

• Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 7 RNs, 2 Techs/Paramedics, 5 Mid-Shift RNs, 2 Mid-Shift Techs
• Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 7 RNs, 2 Techs/Paramedics, 5 Mid-Shift RNs, 2 Mid-Shift Techs

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC

Work Schedule

Shift: 6 PM to 6 AM

Weekends: 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks; no on-call required.

Dress Code

Scrub Color: Royal Blue top and bottom

Candidate Qualifications

Required Skills:

• High caliber patient experience skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HCA and MediTech
• Flexible availability with minimal PTO requests
