We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg / Telemetry team. This position is designed for a compassionate professional who excels in patient care and puts the needs of patients first.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the MedSurg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and telemetry readings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold safety standards.

Schedule

Days, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with a requirement for 24 hours per week, including every other weekend and every other holiday.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN License and BLS certification are required.
• A minimum of 3 years of MedSurg/Telemetry experience in an acute care facility.
• Telemetry experience is mandatory.
• Experience with Meditech software is highly preferred.

Location

This position will be based in a well-regarded healthcare setting located in Massachusetts.
