Position Description
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Orthopedics to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment committed to nursing excellence and high-quality clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the orthopedic unit.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort through effective monitoring and assessment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Orthopedics.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
