Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cath Lab is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure compliance with all facility policies and protocols.

Schedule

This position requires availability for the following shifts:

• 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Every other weekend
• Holidays in rotation with facility employees

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and react appropriately to any changes.
• Assist with various cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab or relevant clinical setting.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Additional Information

This position may require floating to various units within the facility.

Parking is available in designated areas for employees.
