Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Description

A Physical Therapist is needed for primarily inpatient and home health services. This position entails working primarily during the day, with a requirement for rotating weekend coverage, specifically on Saturdays. Holiday coverage is also required.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to patients in both inpatient and home health settings.
Utilize electronic medical record systems including EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro.
Travel to patient homes using a company-provided vehicle.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Shift Information

Days: Monday to Friday with rotating weekend coverage (Saturday only).

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
Current BLS/BCLS certification is required.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record for travel purposes.

Mileage Reimbursement

While the expectation is to primarily use company vehicles for patient visits, mileage will be reimbursed at a standard rate for any personal vehicle use when necessary.
