Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Newborn Nursery and Labor & Delivery unit. This position involves night shifts and requires a strong foundation in maternal and newborn care.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns in the Newborn Nursery and Labor & Delivery.
Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed.
Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on care protocols and practices.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in maternal and newborn care preferred.
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP.
Must have a permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Work Schedule

This position requires night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Additional Information

The facility has multiple units and may require floating to other departments.
Years of experience required: 1+ year in a related field.
Dress code and scrub colors will be communicated upon hiring.
Parking details will be provided at the time of onboarding.
