Description
Position Overview
This role requires an experienced IR Technologist to provide specialized care in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will support various interventional procedures and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Schedule Details
- Shift: 10 hours from 0700 to 1730
- Contract Length: 12 weeks
- Orientation Schedule: First full week with 16 hours of non-billable orientation
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) required
- Experience in Cath Lab, Electrophysiology (EP), Structural Heart, Pulmonary Vein (PV), or Vascular procedures
- Experience in Structural Heart procedures is highly preferred, but candidates without this experience will be considered
- New graduates will not be accepted
Licenses and Certifications
- Illinois IEMA certification
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Additional Requirements
- Weekend call rotation is required
- Holiday call rotation is required
- Floating to other areas is required as needed
- Availability for 7-8 days of call per month
Submission Requirements
Credentails must be submitted by the Thursday before the start date.
Payroll Information
Payroll is processed biweekly through Symplr.
