Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and be able to float among various specialties while providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients across multiple specialties.
• Participate in patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in call duty, with opportunities to self-assign call dates.

Work Schedule

The schedule consists of a 4-day workweek from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM. Clinicians will have the opportunity to choose their own call dates, with 24-40 hours of call in a 4-week scheduling period. Call shifts will be assigned in a randomized order.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact).
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) or ARC-BLS (American Red Cross Basic Life Support).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
