Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Medical Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This role involves providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Unit Information

• Unit Size: 12 Beds
• Staffing:
  • Night Shift: Ideal staffing for a full unit is 1 Charge Nurse, 3 RNs, and 1-2 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
• Patient Ratios: 4:1
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech
• Floating Requirement: Staff may float in rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Required Skills:
  • Must have relevant experience in a PCU or similar setting.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with advanced monitoring equipment and procedures.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
