We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Alexandria, LA. This role involves providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced emergency room setting.

• Accreditation: Fully accredited by The Joint Commission
• Patient Programs: Participates in Medicare, Medicaid, and various commercial insurance plans

Position Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Louisiana.
• At least 1 year of experience in an emergency room or critical care setting.
• Must have TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification prior to submission.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
