ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position is for night shifts, working three 12-hour shifts from 1800 to 0630.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care environment.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care procedures.

Qualifications

• At least two years of documented ICU experience preferred.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
• BLS Certification following American Heart Association guidelines required.
• ACLS Certification required; PALS Certification is expected within six months of hire.
• CCRN certification is encouraged.

This position is available in a facility located in California.
