Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med-Surg unit. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with medical teams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Shift Information

• Schedule: 7 AM to 7 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond to patient needs and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a Med-Surg or similar setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
