• Staffing Breakdown:
  • Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 5 RNs, 2 PCAs, 1 Unit Secretary, 0-2 Sitters
  • Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 4 RNs, 1-2 PCAs, 0-2 Sitters
• Patient Ratios: Maximum 6:1
• Type of Equipment: Standard
• Electronic Medical Records: Meditech

Typical Hiring Profile

Skill sets that are most sought after include:

• Must Have:
  • Acute medical/surgical experience of 2+ years within the last year
  • Ability to care for 4-6 patients at a time
• Preferred:
  • 2+ years of orthopedic nursing experience
