Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

Work Schedule

The position requires a commitment of 48 hours per week. Overtime will be compensated for any hours worked beyond the standard 48 hours.

Patient Ratios

• Day Shift: 4 nurses per shift
• Night Shift: 3 nurses per shift

Staffing and Acuity

Nursing staff will be assigned evenly across four halls, taking into consideration the acuity levels of residents to ensure optimal care.

Current Census

Our facility currently accommodates a total of 105 residents, providing a dynamic and fulfilling environment for nursing professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
• Current and valid RN license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
