Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in a critical access hospital setting. This position is full-time, primarily during the day shift, providing inpatient care.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field from a four-year accredited college or university.
• One to two years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current California Physical Therapy License, or eligible for registration.
• Current BLS course completion.
• Valid California driver's license when travel is required.
• Member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize and monitor the work of others effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally and courteously with patients, nurses, physicians, and staff.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to interpret physician orders and develop effective treatment plans.
• Demonstrated ability to relate well with colleagues and hospital personnel in a professional manner.
• Effective oral and written communication skills to meet the demands of the role.
• Evidence of automobile insurance when travel is required.
