Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) and Rehabilitation to join our team. This is a travel position with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
Job Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, including weekends and the possibility of floating to other units
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive patient care in the Medical-Surgical and Rehabilitation units.
- Monitoring patient health and vital signs.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Documenting patient progress and any changes in condition.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, specifically in Med Surg and Rehabilitation.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to float to Medical-Surgical units based on patient assignments.
