Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position will involve working in a medical-surgical unit, providing high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in med-surg nursing, be adaptable to varying patient needs, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Shift Details

• Scheduled Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient health problems and needs.
• Developing and implementing nursing care plans.
• Monitoring patient responses to treatments and medications.
• Providing necessary education to patients and families regarding treatment and care.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Documenting patient care accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid nursing license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
