Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg / Telemetry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background with at least 2 years of experience in the MedSurg specialty, as well as proficiency in caring for patients with a variety of acuity levels. Critical Care RNs are also encouraged to apply, provided they are comfortable managing typical MedSurg patient ratios and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support in a MedSurg / Telemetry setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting care accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with health care team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management.
• Adapt to varying patient needs and potentially float to multiple locations within the region as required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in MedSurg nursing.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR); Cerner experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize care.

Potential floating to multiple locations within Laconia, NH and Franklin, NH.
