Job Details
Shift Length: 8 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Years of Experience: 1 Year (preferred candidates with experience, no new grads)
Certification Requirements: BLS
Shifts: 5 days a week, with rotating weekends and holidays (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Orientation: 2 weeks with a preceptor
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients
- Administer therapy for various diagnoses, including CHF, Orthopedic issues, and Pneumonia
- Average patient caseload: 6.5 patients per day
- Responsible for Soc, Roc, Recertifications, and visit documentation
Work Environment
This position is in a home health care setting. Clinical involvement is not required, and candidates will interview directly with the department manager.
Additional Information
Area Covered: Multiple locations within the region, including Walnut Hills, Evanston, Norwood, Reading/Lockland, Elmwood, St. Bernard, Northside, Finneytown, Avondale, Spring Grove, Deer Park, and Roselawn.
Dress Code: Scrubs or business casual attire
Support Available: Clinical management and education are available, with emergency support accessible.
Equipment Provided: A phone and tablet will be provided for work-related use.
