Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Step Down unit. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care and supporting a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.
Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Location: Grandview, [State]
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Step Down unit.
- Monitor patients with post-operative recovery and serious illnesses.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
Qualifications
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Step Down or similar unit.
- Must have a permanent address located greater than 50 miles from the facility.
- Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:4.
