Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift position. This role is crucial for providing critical care to patients in a high-acuity setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
Schedule
This position is for night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with alternating weekends required.
Location
Position located in River Oaks, TX.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in critical care or intensive care unit (ICU).
- Candidates must have a permanent address that is more than 50 miles from the facility.
