Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a medical surgical unit. This position is ideal for nurses looking to make a significant impact in patient care while working night shifts.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights, 7p - 7:30a
• Floating: Required
• On Call: Not required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical surgical setting.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical surgical unit.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
