Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 130
- Staff Composition: 6 Full-Time Staff Members
- Typical Staff Distribution: 3 RN / 3 RTR on Day Shift
- Type of Equipment: GE Innova/MacLab
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Meditech
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care during procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Assist with various cardiac procedures, including Left Heart Catheterization, PCI, Pacemakers, TEE, Stress Tests, and Loop Recorders.
- Monitor patient’s vital signs and readiness before, during, and after procedures.
Qualifications
- Required Skills:
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
- ACLS and BLS certification.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in scrub, monitor, and circulating roles.
Personality Fit
- Flexibility in changing environments.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
On-call requirements of 12-15 days per month may apply.
