Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Emergency Department. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Shift Information
- Shift: Days, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- No On-Call
- No Floating
- No 48-Hour Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients with trauma, stroke, and chest pain.
- Manage patient load with a typical ratio of 4:1.
- Collaborate with medical staff and support personnel to ensure efficient patient care.
- Utilize the MedHost EMR system for patient documentation and management.
Unit Information
- Number of Rooms: 10
- Number of Beds/Chairs: 19
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications (AHA or ARC).
- Preferred travel experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
