Physical Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent is required if the license was obtained on or after January 2016.
• Two years of Physical Therapy experience is preferred.
• Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
• Facility-specific Basic Life Support (BLS) certification per applicable policy is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
