Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical/Surgical care to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions across multiple specialties, including urology, gynecology, orthopedics, medicine, surgery, trauma, ENT, and vascular patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Utilize electronic health record systems effectively, including EPIC.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license and certification in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing role.
• Proficient in using EPIC or similar electronic health record systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
