Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical floor team. This position encompasses a variety of patient care areas, including outpatient treatment rooms, inpatient care, observation services, and swing bed services. The role excludes surgical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various settings.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a medical/surgical or similar setting is preferred.
