Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Kent, WA. This position offers the opportunity to provide essential rehabilitative care to patients, enhancing their physical abilities and overall well-being.
Shift Information
This role requires a commitment to an 8-day shift schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 0 years of experience required.
- Active license is mandatory.
- General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
- Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Additional Information
Candidates must be willing to complete documentation requirements prior to starting the assignment. Holiday coverage is not required for this position. All necessary equipment will be provided during the interview process.
Please note that candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at any facility within the last year should seek alternative opportunities, as they are not eligible to return until separated for at least one year.
