Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a nursing home position. This role offers a PRN opportunity, primarily on Saturdays, with a shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
Assess patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and quality of life.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver effective care.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications

New York State Physical Therapist license is required.
Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility is mandatory.
BLS certification is required.

This position is located in the nursing home facilities in the New York area.
