Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to appropriate healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and ongoing care.
• Participate in patient care planning and collaborate with team members on treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
