Description
Job Description
The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have impacted their physical mobility or functional independence. Specialized services offered include:
- Orthopedic rehabilitation
- Neurological and stroke rehabilitation
- Balance and dizziness rehabilitation
- Chronic pain treatment through movement
The primary goal is to facilitate a return to function and community activities for patients.
Shift Information
Days (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM), no weekends
Experience and Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Ability to travel to multiple points of care.
Holiday Coverage
Holiday coverage required.
