Job Responsibilities
The role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a busy emergency department setting. The nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with established standards.
Qualifications
- Required Experience: 3-5 years of Emergency Department experience in an acute care hospital
- Preferred Experience: Charge nurse experience and prior travel/interim experience in California
Typical Procedures
- Management of stroke and STEMI cases
Certifications
- Current certifications in PALS, ACLS, and BLS are required
Work Schedule
Position requires working every other weekend.
Dress Code
Scrubs are required, no specific color mandated.
