Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the night shift. This position is critical in providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The candidate must possess expertise in the EPIC electronic health records system.

Montebello, CA

Shift Requirements

• Night Shift - 36 or 48 hours per week

Start Date

Position requires an immediate start date in September. Please note that requests for time off during holiday periods will not be approved.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - preferred
• Experience in an acute care facility - preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice - required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor - required
• Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification - required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor - required

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Administering medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting significant changes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educating patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
