Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
- Perform various nursing procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a sterile environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience in a clinical setting is highly desired.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
