Description
Shift Information
Two shifts available:
- Days: 12-hour shifts - 7am to 7pm
- Nights: 12-hour shifts - 7pm to 7am
Holiday and weekend rotation required. No guaranteed hours. Overtime paid at the regular, all-inclusive rate.
Minimum Years of Experience
Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg or Tele experience required.
Certifications/Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
- Current Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association only
Description
The Registered Nurse will provide care to patients who require a Med/Surg level of care within a Medicine or Med/Tele unit. The role involves the following responsibilities:
- Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans
- Providing patient education and support to families
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg or Tele experience
- Current RN license in the State of Ohio
- BLS certification from AHA
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Certification in Nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association
- 1-2 years of Med/Surg or Tele experience
