Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients in an acute care setting. The RN will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to promote optimal health outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Previous experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification is required.
