Description

Operating Room (OR) Nurse

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our surgical team. This position will focus on providing high-quality patient care within the operating room environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various surgical specialties including orthopedic, general, and robotic surgeries.

Schedule Details

Shift: 12-hour Evening Shift
Time: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM
Orientation: 4 hours (non-billable)

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room
Experience with orthopedic, general, and robotic surgeries (Da Vinci)
Completion of at least one successful travel contract
Epic EMR experience

Preferred Qualifications

Scrub experience preferred

License and Certification Requirements

Current Illinois Nursing License
CPR Certification

Additional Information

A 30-minute lunch break is required during shifts. There are no weekend or call requirements; however, assistance during additional hours is encouraged.

All credentials should be submitted by the Thursday prior to the start date.
