Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic team in an acute care setting. The RN will be required to float between the Emergency Room (ER) and Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) units as needed. The nurse will also have the opportunity to work in Long-Term Care (LTC) when patient ratios are manageable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in both the ER and Med Surg units.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification.
• Preferred: Certification in stroke care.

Location

Position available in a healthcare facility located in a vibrant city in the state of interest.
