Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. This position plays a critical role in providing exceptional respiratory care to patients across various settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about respiratory care and pulmonary health.
• Maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment to ensure optimal function.

Job Details

• Shift: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., every other weekend
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years
• Required Certifications:
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Orientation

Clinicians are required to be present in the state for the week of orientation, even if initial modules are conducted remotely.

Location

This position is available in various locations within a 60-mile radius, primarily in the city and state of your choosing.
