Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in MedSurg and Emergency Room settings to join our team. This position involves providing comprehensive care to patients and supporting their individualized needs. The ideal candidate will be capable of delivering high-quality patient care and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Information
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Shift Report: 6:45 PM
Nurse-to-Patient Ratios
The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:3, ensuring that our nursing staff can provide attentive care to each patient.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- Skills:
- IV Therapy
- EKG Monitoring
- Medication Administration
- Glucose Checks
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Work Schedule
This position requires weekend work on a rotating schedule to meet the needs of the department.
Additional Information
- Open to accommodating block schedules.
- Scrub Color: Any color.
- Charting System: CPSI.
- Candidates must have a camper or fifth wheel, as housing is limited in the area.
