Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The position requires a strong background in acute care, along with relevant certifications and experience in a healthcare setting. This role operates on day shifts, providing essential patient care and support in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs to assess patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Respond to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
• Experience: Acute care facility experience - Preferred
• Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice - Required
• Certifications:
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor - Required
  • Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification - Required
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor - Required

Additional Information

Please note that holiday requests for time off (RTO) will not be approved. Candidates with experience in EPIC are highly encouraged to apply, as this role will involve utilizing this electronic health record system.
