Position Description

The RN in the Emergency Department will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide effective emergency care to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency department patients.
• Perform triage, providing critical care to patients in urgent need.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• Completion of Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
• Previous experience in an emergency department setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
