Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our MedSurg team. This travel position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing high-quality patient care during the night shift.
Shift Details
- Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
