Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality imaging services and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
Schedule
- Shift: Friday through Sunday & Tuesday from 11 AM to 9:30 PM
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 304
- Staffing: 4 Full-Time and 3 PRN staff members
- Day Shift: 3 Full-Time Technologists
- Night Shift: 1 Technologist from 7 PM to 11 PM when operating late
- Equipment: GE 1.5 MRI
- Electronic Medical Records: Meditech and Centricity PACS
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 6 months of current experience as an MRI Technologist
- ARRT (MR) certification
- BLS certification
Preferred:
- Experience with GE equipment
- Cardiac imaging experience
Typical Procedures
- Basic MRI scans (head, spine, abdomen)
- Cardiac MRI and functional MRI
