Description
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position will require availability for night shifts, with a commitment of 36-48 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting.
- Utilize Epic software for electronic health records and patient management.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an acute care facility preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
- Facility-specific Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
