Role Description
The Clinical Resource Nurse will support the call-back queue by providing timely responses to patients regarding their lab results. This position entails the provision of clarifications and communications from healthcare providers to patients. The role acts as a liaison, relaying patient inquiries back to the providers. It is important to note that this is not a forward-facing position; there will be no direct patient care or bedside responsibilities. The Clinical Resource Nurse will primarily engage in outbound calling and assist with backlog management throughout their shift.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
