Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide exceptional care to our patients. This is a night shift position from 7 PM to 7 AM, focusing on delivering high-quality maternal and neonatal care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess maternal and fetal health during labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and provide interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the childbirth process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Unit Information

Our Labor and Delivery unit handles approximately 240 births per month, providing a supportive environment for both mothers and their newborns. This role does not involve floating to other departments.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in labor and delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
