Description
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical Surgical position with a focus on night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and be comfortable working with telemetry patients.
Shift Details
- Shift: Nights
- Hours: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
- Monitor and manage cardiac drips and post-cath recovery patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement patient care plans.
- Perform routine assessments and document patient progress accurately.
- Educate patients and families on discharge planning and post-operative care.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
- Residence more than 50 miles from the facility.
